2. Data we collect
We only collect data you give us via the contact form or email: name, email, phone number, site address and message content. Additionally, with consent, we collect anonymous visitor analytics (pages, referrers, device).
3. Purpose of use
We use data exclusively to respond to quote requests, deliver services and manage the customer relationship. We never sell or share data for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for 24 months. Data created during a customer relationship is kept for at least 6 years per Finnish accounting law. Anonymous visitor analytics are kept for up to 14 months.
5. Data sharing and third parties
The site is technically operated on the Vercel Inc. platform. Contact form emails are delivered via Resend, Inc. AI-assisted pipeline inspection analysis is done by the Pipelytica service, in which case the inspection video may be processed by Pipelytica. We do not share data with any other third parties.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for basic site functions (e.g. remembering your cookie consent, language preference). Optional cookies (analytics) are enabled only with your consent and are removed if you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object to processing and port the data to another system. You may also file a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
